Shanghai Qingsu (Top Speed) helps automotive brands build a bridge directly to local Asian businesses and motorsport enthusiasts through a one-stop service, while also helping clients maximize their needs within their budget, thereby better managing and operating racing events.

Since its establishment, we have officially organised a portfolio of racing events, including the Volkswagen Scirocco R Cup, Formula Masters China, Lamborghini Blancpain Super Trofeo Asia, Ferrari Challenge Asia Pacific, Asian Le Mans Series and Audi R8 LMS Cup.
In 2018, TOP SPEED launched the FIA Asian Formula 3 Championship. Starting from 2020, it partnered with Porsche Asia Pacific to manage driver recruitment and event operations for the Porsche Sports Cup China (PSCC). In 2021, it independently ran the GT Short Series Championship (GTSSC) and Formula Open Challenge (FOC), and took charge of event management for Porsche Carrera Cup Asia (PCCA).
In 2022, TOP SPEED expanded its motorsport operations to the Middle East, hosting the FIA Formula Regional Middle East Championship (FRME) and FIA F4 UAE Championship.
In 2023, TOP SPEED embarked on endurance racing, organising the Sepang 12 Hours and Shanghai 8 Hours. These events helped fill the gap of home-grown endurance racing IPs in the region.
In 2024, TOP SPEED further expanded its formula racing portfolio by launching the Formula Trophy Race and FIA F4 Australian Championship. We were also invited to compete in the FIA FR World Cup at the Macau Grand Prix.
In 2025, TOP SPEED upgraded the GT Short Series Championship to CHINA GT, China’s national-level GT Championship. Under the guidance of the China Automobile and Motorcycle Sports Federation, it has continued to raise the profile and competitive value of its self-owned race series.
As the official organising team, we provide full-spectrum services covering race organisation & management, judging and arbitration, as well as logistics support. It has helped deliver remarkable achievements for various racing events across China and Asia.

Technical Services
We boast a racing technical service team of over 30 professionals known for their rigorous technical standards and exceptional competence. Having participated in—and achieved outstanding results at—most of Asia’s premier racing events, the team has accumulated extensive hands-on experience across categories ranging from formula racing to supercar competitions. This wealth of experience enables the team to resolve complex technical issues and rapidly address routine mechanical problems. Our technicians are highly experienced in endurance racing, capable of executing tasks such as rapid tire changes, brake pad replacements, refueling, and pit-stop maintenance. Additionally, our engineering team—comprising professionals from Europe, South Korea, and China—communicates fluently in Chinese, English, and Japanese to analyze technical matters with drivers and clients, while providing meticulous service in areas such as data analysis and chassis setup.
Setup and Catering
Since 2014, we have developed customized event setup solutions for the driving training and racing projects in which the company participates. These solutions enable cost-efficiency and meet client needs across various circuits and countries, balancing creative design with environmental sustainability. Additionally, we introduced a novel customized catering concept—the "mobile kitchen"—to serve the majority of our Asian racing events; by utilizing professional chefs, fresh ingredients, and a consistent service team, we ensure a uniform standard of service regardless of the event's location.
Parts Services
TOP SPEED’s spare parts management service utilizes the SAP inventory management system to manage race components with high efficiency and precision. This ensures that every team and vehicle can complete maintenance on schedule and successfully participate in the race. Real-time inventory and billing displays facilitate timely updates, while regular manual stocktakes guarantee data accuracy; furthermore, a system linking specific locations to vehicle systems and parts ensures that the correct components are accurately delivered to the customer.
Event Logistics
Motorsport logistics is a core business for TOP SPEED and a vital foundation for the successful operation of major racing events. Successful sporting events rely on effective logistics organization and management. We are directly involved in every stage of the logistics and transport process for race equipment and vehicles—handling everything from point-to-point transport to international customs clearance—to ensure timely delivery and maintain strict control over the schedule throughout the entire transport journey.
By utilizing unique, custom-designed containers, TOP SPEED reduces GT race car transport costs by 30%. We employ a bespoke transport management system that is intelligent, flexible, efficient, and collaborative; this optimizes and streamlines every operational aspect—including transport models, capacity resources, costs, scheduling, and order tracking—ensuring a highly efficient and lean operation.
Off-Road
Our Off-Road Test Track is a comprehensive outdoor venue combining sports—such as rally testing and training, SUV and ATV off-roading, fishing, mountain biking, and motocross—with leisure activities like camping, barbecues, team building, and wedding photography. Situated in Jiading—the heart of Shanghai’s automotive industry—and adjacent to the Shanghai International Circuit, the venue boasts a prime location just a 20-minute drive from Shanghai Hongqiao Airport. It is surrounded by amenities such as Wanda Plaza, Ruijin Hospital, and Yuanxiang Lake.
Located in a well-established commercial area, this venue allows you to experience off-road tracks featuring diverse terrains without ever leaving Shanghai—a place where speed and excitement come to life!

DAVIDE DE GOBBI was born in Vicenza, Italy. He has lived and worked in China continuously since 2007.
He graduated from the University of Padua with a degree in Electronic Engineering in 1995. In the same year, he joined Prema Powerteam as an engineer. Between 1995 and 2006, he progressively rose through the ranks to become Technical Director and Team Manager of this world-famous racing outfit.
Beyond his outstanding technical and managerial expertise, he is dedicated to discovering and nurturing promising young racing talents. A number of F1 drivers have worked under his guidance, including Robert Kubica and Kamui Kobayashi, both of whom are his notable protégés.
In 2008, he founded TOP SPEED in Anting, Shanghai. As a key promoter for the development of motorsport in China, Davide leverages his extensive industry experience and unique vision to bring numerous international racing series to the country. Since the company’s founding, he has delivered services for many world-renowned automotive brands, supporting their one-make racing programmes for Lamborghini, Ferrari, Volkswagen, Audi and Porsche. He has also independently organised a portfolio of international competitions, including Formula Regional Middle East, FIA F4 UAE, FIA F4 Southeast Asia, and co-organised the Asian Le Mans Series for multiple seasons.
